Comparative Civil Law

The course, implemented according to the statutory procedures for a total duration of five years, allows the acquisition of 300 ETCS credits, divided between the Bachelors (180) and Licentiate (120) cycles.

Academic degrees obtained with this course programme do not allow automatic passage to other degree courses of the Faculty, due to the different consistency of the programs of the disciplines, the related exams and the required enrollment years.

The curriculum for the Doctoral Cycle in Comparative Civil Law includes, in addition to the preparation of the doctoral dissertation, also four optional courses among those offered by the Faculty of Civil Law.
