The databases are accessible through PCs connected to the University’s LAN and Wi-Fi networks, by direct access via IP or by entering credentials. Their use is reserved for institutional users (Professors, students, staff) and external users admitted after having issued a card. The reading room is equipped with Wi-Fi connection and 9 PC locations available to users.
Only institutional users have the possibility to consult the electronic resources also from outside the University, by logging in with their credentials to the nominal University PLUS account.
The credentials to be entered are the same ones normally used for other University online services. Once authenticated, users will find the “Databases” and “Banca De Jure” icons among the external links to access respectively the Ebsco databases (philosophical-theological area) and the De Jure portal (legal area):
Depending on the specific user licenses, remote access or via your own PC is only possible for certain resources. Individual downloads, prints of individual articles and prints of individual parts of content for academic, research or educational use are permitted, in accordance with national and international copyright rules.
